Rooftop Wedding at the Four Points Sheraton, LIC
Rachel and Alfonso tied the knot at their Rooftop Wedding at the Four Points Sheraton, LIC. While they live in Maryland, they share a love for NYC. They wanted their wedding to reflect that chic metropolitan style. It had plenty of style and on point too.
Rachel’s bridesmaids showcased how beautiful a bridal party can look choosing their own style gowns. All shades of gray and plenty of sparkle. Perfectly suited to each girl. They looked amazing! Do you every worry that the groom will be lost if all the groomsmen wear matching tuxes and bowties? Lay your fears to rest. Here is proof that it is extremely classy and that the groom will shine on! Well done Fonz! (AKA Alfonso) Rachel was no exception to making her mark on fashion. An elegant white chiffon dress with a sweetheart neckline was perfectly paired with white roses and carnations. White on white done beautifully. She was radiant. Keeping her girls bouquets also white, kept the focus on the bride.
And oh, did I mention the gorgeous rooftop views?
A ceremony on a rooftop set shortly before the sun goes down, allows for beautiful lighting. Just at the perfect moment. Your vows and the kiss. Rachel and Fonz’s vows were written themselves and were very touching. I was moved to tears. These two know of loss. They have lived through the pain of loosing loved ones in death not long before their wedding date. Gracefully and tenderly they remembered these ones on such an important day in their lives. They also decided to make cherished memories part of their new lives together. In a memory chest they put several meaningful items, including their vows.
These two also stole a few moments away to themselves. This is always one of my favorite parts of the day. You see a couple get to reflect on the emotion of their wedding. It doesn’t always have to be a first look. Rachel and Fonz found some time right after their ceremony. However, when you can schedule time for just the two of you, those few minutes can lead to unforgettable moments.
Congratulations again Rachel and Fonz. We absolutely loved being part of your lives for a moment. You are two wonderful people and we wish you all the best!
A special thanks to a wonderful team that helped make this wedding absolutely fabulous!
